How It Works...

Okay, so this is how it's all going to work. This is an on-line festival, so the first step is getting your film on the internet. However you choose to do this is fine, but we do recommend utilizing YouTube or ManiaTV. YouTube and ManiaTV are free, and are very accessible to us. Once you have your movie uploaded select Submit Your Film on our site. Fill out the form making sure you include your URL. Once we have your submission and link, we will screen all entries and contact the entrants that fit the below criteria.

Rules

Here are our only rules. This is our guide for the screening process. Anyone who does not choose to follow these rules will not be eligible for judging.

1. We CANNOT accept any films with NUDITY.


2. Please DO NOT abuse FOUL LANGUAGE. We don't mind it, and don't care if it's in there, but there will be people of all ages able to view these films, and some of them may even be participating in the festival.


3. NO COPYWRITTEN MATERIAL. If it does not belong to you, DO NOT use it.


4. Please keep all submissions UNDER 10 MINUTES. This ensures that all entries can be viewed in a timely manner.

That's it, nice and simple. As of right now, winners will be awarded with a personalized, virtual trophy(a banner you can put on your site or where ever) and we will help promote their film by any means we have at the time. Please keep in mind that this is a non-profit festival. We hope in the future we can provide more in the way of prizes. We want to welcome all of you to The Kurz, and we look forward to seeing your movies!!
